Terms of Service

1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Beijing Yueshi Internet Technology Co., Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of our mobile applications, games, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
2. Business Cooperation Models
The Company provides professional technology services globally under three primary models:
- Project Operation: We provide full-lifecycle operation and growth management for third-party mobile products.
- Custom Research & Development: We provide bespoke R&D services, including architecture design, coding, and deployment for partners.
- Self-Developed Projects: We independently develop and operate mobile products featuring advanced monetization frameworks.
3. Monetization & Payment Terms
Our Services include various monetization features. All transactions are subject to the policies of the respective app stores (Google Play and Apple App Store):
- In-App Purchases (IAP): Virtual goods and currency are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Subscriptions & VIP: Premium features provided on a subscription basis will automatically renew. Users must cancel through their store account settings to avoid future charges.
- Ad Mediation: We integrate third-party advertising networks. Your interaction with ads is subject to the privacy policies of those specific providers.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including source code, graphics, game mechanics, trademarks, and logos, is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules, or failing agreement on arbitration, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Miyun District, Beijing.
