2. Global Age Management & Children's Policy
We strictly adhere to the Google Play Families Policy and the Apple App Store Safety Guidelines regarding children's privacy.
- COPPA Compliance: In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
- Age Gating: For apps targeting a general audience, we implement neutral age-gating mechanisms to ensure age-appropriate data collection and ad targeting.
- Children-Directed Apps: For apps specifically designed for children, we do not use behavioral advertising and only collect technical identifiers necessary for the core app experience.
3. Store & Monetization Platform Adaptation
Our data collection is adapted to the technical and policy requirements of our distribution and monetization partners:
- App Stores: We comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and Google Play's Data Safety section requirements.
- Ad Platforms: Our monetization partners (such as AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, and ironSource) may collect device-level identifiers (IDFA, GAID) solely for advertising measurement and fraud prevention, subject to your opt-out rights.
